Darrell "Wayne" Hathaway, 91, of Vandalia, IL, passed away at 8:15 AM, Monday, July 01, 2024 at SBL Fayette County Hospital Long Term Care.
Per Wayne's wishes, cremation rites will be accorded. A Graveside Service and Interment will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at Fairlawn Cemetery, Vandalia with Rev. Fr. Seth Brown officiating. Military Rites will be accorded at the graveside by Crawford-Hale American Legion Post # 95, Vandalia, IL & Brownstown VFW Post #9770. Darrell Wayne Hathaway was born on August 27, 1932 in Patoka, IL, the son of Robert J. and Mabel R. (Watkins) Hathaway.
