Georgia D. (Gaylor Bone) Krause, 85 of Vandalia, IL passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 08, 2025.
Per Georgia's wishes, cremation rites will be accorded. A Memorial Service will be held at 12:30 PM, Thursday, January 16, 2025 at Hohlt & File Funeral Home, Vandalia with Rev. Joe Lawson officiating. Interment will follow in Fairlawn Cemetery, Vandalia. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service from 11:30 AM-12:30 PM, Thursday, at the funeral home. Georgia Dorine Gaylor was born November 09, 1939 in Habersham, TN, the daughter of Kenneth Walden and Marie "Sally" Gaylor. She moved to Vandalia in 1948 when her mother, Sally married William Yarbrough. Georgia then wed David Lee Bone in 1958; they were married for 20 years and raised five children.
