Deborah K. Thompson, 61, of Pekin, Illinois, passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at Hallmark Healthcare of Pekin in Pekin, IL.

She was born March 6, 1963, in Pekin, IL, the daughter of Robert Leigh & Beverly Ann (Whitten) Thompson. She graduated from the Graham School of Nursing in Canton. She worked as a registered in many settings with her favorite being an ER nurse in Arizona. She attended Creve Coeur Southern Baptist Church in Creve Coeur, IL.
Debbie was an avid crafter of all sorts and did beautiful detailed cross stitch, ceramics and beadwork. She loved animals of all kinds and had many pets over the years including her dog, Zazoo, and her bird, Pepper. She liked to cook for her friends and was very generous.
